Founded 7 years ago by Thomas Leskoschek and Kai Mitterlechner, today TAILORYOUNG is more than just an idea between two friends who wanted to disrupt talent search.

Today we are a team of more than 20 people and a fluffy bunch of office dogs. We have continually expanded over the past years. Our team thrives by pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones and to the next level to achieve the best results for our clients daily.
