Cookie Declaration

Use of cookies

We use so-called cookies on our Internet pages in order to allocate your enquiries and requests sent to us via the Internet. Cookies are a kind of electronic business card that makes it easier for you to use our online services. These small files are automatically stored on your hard disk by your browser and are necessary for the error-free use of our website. In order to improve user-friendliness, with and from the time of your consent, we use cookies, pixels and similar technologies (also from third-party providers) for statistical, tracking and marketing purposes as well as for the display of personalised content. In doing so, we also use third-party providers in third countries without an adequate level of data protection, in particular the USA. In this context, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data for control and monitoring purposes and that you may not have any effective legal remedies against this. By clicking on "Allow cookies" or by ticking individual cookies and clicking on "Allow selection", you consent to us and the third-party providers (which may also be established in third countries, in particular the USA) using the aforementioned technologies in full and give your consent to the associated third-country transfer in accordance with Article 49 (1) lit a DSGVO. For technically necessary cookies that serve the operation and security of the website, consent is not required in accordance with Section 165 (3) TKG 2021.

You can of course delete the cookies after you have finished using our website by configuring your browser accordingly, thereby revoking your consent. You can also object to the creation of a user profile in the form of non-personal data. To do this, please deactivate the cookies on your browser.

Information about the cookies we use can be found in the cookie declaration at https://www.tailoryoung.com/cookie-deklaration

Use of Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address, which is, however, anonymized using the "anonymizeIP" method so that it can no longer be assigned to a connection) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google may associate your IP address with other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizelp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Use of Google Analytics report on demographic characteristics and interests.

We have enabled advertising reporting features in Google Analytics. The demographic characteristics and interests reports contain information on age, gender and interests. This allows us to get a better picture of our users - without being able to assign this data to individual persons. You can learn more about advertising features at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3450482?hl=de_AT&utm_id=ad.

You can stop the use of the activities and information of your Google account under "Settings for advertising" on https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated via checkbox.

Use of Google Signals

We have activated Google Signals within Google Analytics, which enables cross-device tracking. This makes it possible to associate a single website visitor with different end devices. However, this only happens if the visitor has logged into a Google service when visiting the website and at the same time has activated the "personalized advertising" option in their Google account settings. Even then, however, no personal data or user profiles become accessible to us; they remain anonymous to us. If you do not wish to use "Google Signals", you can disable the "personalized advertising" option in your Google account settings under "Settings for advertising" at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated via a checkbox.

Google Ads & Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) as an online marketing measure to promote our products and services. In this way, we want to draw more people's attention to the high quality of our offerings on the Internet. As part of our advertising measures through Google Ads, we use the conversion tracking of the company Google Inc. on our website. In Europe, however, the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. With the help of this free tracking tool, we can better adapt our advertising offer to your interests and needs. In the following article, we will go into more detail about why we use conversion tracking, what data is stored in the process and how you can prevent this data storage.

What is Google Ads conversion tracking?

Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) is the in-house online advertising system of Google Inc. We are convinced of the quality of our offer and want as many people as possible to get to know our website. In the online sector, Google Ads offers the best platform for this. Of course, we also want to get an accurate overview of the cost-benefit factor of our advertising campaigns. That's why we use the conversion tracking tool from Google Ads.

But what is a conversion actually?

A conversion occurs when you go from being a purely interested website visitor to an acting visitor. This happens whenever you click on our ad and subsequently perform another action, such as visiting our website. With Google's conversion tracking tool, we record what happens after a user clicks on our Google Ads ad. For example, we can see whether products are purchased, services are used or whether users have signed up for our newsletter.

Why do we use Google Ads conversion tracking on our website?
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offer on other websites. The goal is to ensure that our advertising campaigns reach only those people who are interested in our offers. With the conversion tracking tool we can see which keywords, ads, ad groups and campaigns lead to the desired customer actions. We see how many customers interact with our ads on a device and then make a conversion. Through this data, we can calculate our cost-benefit factor, measure the success of individual advertising measures and consequently optimize our online marketing measures. We can also use the data obtained to make our website more interesting for you and adapt our advertising offer even more individually to your needs.

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel. The Facebook Pixel is a Java script code that creates certain cookies in the browser of users of our website when consent is given, provided that users have given their consent to the setting of cookies. The processing is carried out on the basis of § 96 para. 3 TKG in conjunction with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO.
The Facebook Pixel collects the following data about website users: IP address, browser information, page section, documents accessed, referrer URL, http header information, buttons clicked (including designation of buttons clicked and websites visited by means of button click), whereabouts on our website and sub-pages visited.

The collected data is further processed by Facebook to provide us with anonymized reports on website audience and ad performance. However, by integrating the Facebook pixel, Facebook receives the information that you have clicked on an ad from us or called up the corresponding website of our internet presence. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may learn and store your IP address and other identifying features. With regard to any processing in this regard, Facebook Inc. is the independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR. This data processing is carried out in order to evaluate the response to our advertising campaigns as well as to collect information about website users who have visited our website as a result of one of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and in order to make our website more intuitive as well as to be able to tailor the content more closely to the target group.

We have enabled "Advanced Data Matching" ("Facebook Custom Audiences"), which sends hashed data about email addresses, names, gender, city, state, zip code, and date of birth or phone number - if you have provided this data - as additional information to Facebook, enabling us to better target our advertising campaigns and tailor them to the interests of our website users.

The cookies reloaded by the pixel have a validity of three to 12 months. You can delete the cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you visit our website - and have given consent - Facebook uses your data to provide us with information about advertising campaigns we have placed on Facebook and which you have clicked on.

Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as setting options for protecting your privacy and your data, can be found in the guidelines of Facebook Inc, 601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php; https://www.facebook.com/help/186325668085084, https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/your-info-on-other#applications as well as https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/your-info#everyoneinfo.
If you are logged in to Facebook, you can manage your privacy settings or advertising settings at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. Website visitors who do not have a Facebook account have the option of managing their preferences at https://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The LinkedIn Insight Tag creates LinkedIn browser cookies in the browser of users of our website. The processing is based on § 96 para. 3 TKG in conjunction with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO.

The LinkedIn Insight tag collects the current URL, the referrer URL, the IP address, device and browser properties, timestamps, as well as demographic data from LinkedIn if User:inside is an active LinkedIn member. IP addresses are shortened or hashed. More information about the LinkedIn Insight Tag can be found here. The collected data is processed by LinkedIn to provide us with anonymized reports on website audience and ad performance. This data processing is done to evaluate the response of our advertising campaigns and to collect information about website users who have visited our website as a result of one of our advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. The collection of this data is solely for system-related and statistical purposes. We do not merge this data with other data sources that would enable the data to be assigned to a specific person. We do not receive any personal data from LinkedIn.

The cookies have a validity of 30 or 90 days. You can delete the cookies at any time in your browser settings. The direct identifiers of the members are removed by LinkedIn within seven days in order to pseudonymize the data. This remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted by LinkedIn within 180 days.

Further information about the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by LinkedIn as well as setting options for protecting your privacy and your data can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy, which also contains information about settings with which you can protect your privacy.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

For more information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Google Tag Manager
We use the Google Tag Manager. Through this service, website tags can be managed through an interface. The Google Tool Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

Dealfront accesses the list of IP addresses provided by Google Analytics in the analysis of website visitors and links the list of IP addresses with information about the companies found on the internet under these IP addresses. Due to the IP address truncation already carried out when using Google Analytics, direct personal identification is not established. However, it is possible that personal identification may occur when reviewing the linked company information.
